We love playing sport outside and offer outdoor games for a heap of sports, including Basketball, Footy 7s, Netball, 5-a-side Soccer, Streetball and Touch.

Unfortunately from time to time the weather likes to have its say and this is something outside of our control. Some sports and games are played in light rain, others won't go ahead in any rain and some are played in pouring rain. Decisions about a game going ahead come down to the individual venue and are ultimately made by our competition partners.

What does this mean? It means the decision as to whether a game goes ahead or not is out of our hands, much like the weather itself (What does One Game do and what do our partners do?). Generally most of our partners will make a call about evening games going ahead between 4pm & 5pm on the day of the game, unless it is certain that games can't go ahead because of ground conditions or a truly awful weather forecast.

We have a dedicated partner hotline that our partners can contact us on at all times and as such we will always cancel the game event and send you an SMS in the event a game is called off. So the golden rule is: if you haven't heard from us then you can assume your game is still on and you should plan on heading down, and we'll make sure you're the first to know if anything changes.
